A nationally recognized leader in workforce development, Joanna has designed programs that connect youth to meaningful career pathways while helping businesses access the next generation of talent. She began her career as a Philadelphia lawyer representing large and small businesses before moving into mission-driven roles in school leadership and national consulting.
Over the course of her career, Joanna has secured professional internships for more than 1,600 high school students, generating $30M in workforce and education investments from over 200 corporate partners—with a 93% or higher year-over-year retention rate.
